TSM is a family owned and operated business entity dedicated

and devoted to providing people of all walks of life and of all age

levels with an affordable, hassle free, venue to make their event

with their guests become the most enjoyable, tasteful,

memorable affair they could ever attend. We live by our

TSM GENERAL POLICIES & GUIDELINES

Food Service

1. We must accommodate whenever and wherever possible all

of our Guest and Host needs. Providing exceptional service

and tasteful cuisine with a smile.

2. All meal/beverage services are for dining in only. Carryout is

prohibited. TSM assumes no liability for food carried out or

brought into the facility.

3. Host food or beverages are prohibited unless pre-approved by

TSM. Religious exceptions are allowed if TSM cannot make

reasonable accommodations.

4. Our clients acknowledge that TSM is held harmless and are

not responsible for any food allergies and/or egg or meats

served rare.

5. All special menu requests and or restrictions must be made in

writing and made a part of the written agreement.

Fee Service

1. The functions final guest number and full payment must be

given 72 hours prior to the event date. Some events may

require that a guest list be provided.

2. A charge card is required to be on file to secure any additional

expenses accrued during the time of the event.

3. Overtime pre or post event hours are calculated to the

nearest 1/2 hour in the range from $100.00 to $200.00

per 1/2 hour increments. These times are determined by

your written contract. You can be charged for early

starts/late departures and party enhancements chosen.

4. Regular service charge is 18%** plus 8% sales tax charged

on all food, beverages and service fees incurred. No sales

tax is charged for tax exempt number or certificate holders.

A copy must be provided for TSM files. (**25% service

charge for Holidays and or Days of Special Meaning)

5. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of

confirmation of holding the date (booking). The deposit

will confirm and secure your requested date and time. A

minimum deposit of $1000.00 is required for all Saturday

evening functions. There will be a $50.00 charge for all

returned checks by the bank.

6. Prices are valid for the current year only. Future years

reservations may reflect an increase.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS MADE IN ADVANCE

(6 months or more)

All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by the

TSM business office. A 25% service fee will be charged on all

cancellations. Your deposit and any payments made to TSM

may be refunded (minus the 25% service fee)

IF (1.) the date is rebooked with the same amount of

people or more AND (2.) the event has the same or

more function cost per person.

CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH SHORT NOTICE

(less than 6 months)

All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by the

TSM business office:

1. Rules for advance notification (>6 months) can apply if

TSM rebooks the date.

2. The parties are liable for the full payment of the agreed

upon contract terms.

3. All funds paid in advance to TSM will NOT be refunded

but will be held and honored for 1 year from the date of

the originally scheduled event. Funds held will be applied

towards another event if the dates are available.
